‘Batman vs Superman’ Scene Filming At Closed Scout Camp

A house is reportedly being constructed near an old Girl Scout Camp in Michigan for a scene to be filmed for the film Batman vs. Superman.

According to The County Press, which has most of the article hiding behind a paywall, the film shoot will take place near Camp Metamora in Lapeer County, Mich.

The film, starring Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Gal Gadot, Amy Adams, Laurence Fishburne and Diane Lane is scheduled to open in theaters on July 17, 2015.

The 300-acre camp property is currently on the market for $3.6 million and an In Memory of Camp Metamora page has been active on Facebook since 2010.
