‘C.I.T.’ short film crowd-sourcing funding on IndieGoGo

A short film about a Counselor in Training and her best friend away at summer camp is being crowd-sourced on IndieGoGo.

The short film, titled C.I.T. is set at a horse camp at the fictional Blackhawk Farm.

“Sarah and Lizzie are best friends. They live for their summers at Blackhawk Farm, times filled with hard work, friendship and horses.

After ten years as campers, this summer, 18-year-old Lizzie will be a counselor, while 17-year-old Sarah is a C.I.T. (Counselor in Training). Sarah would love to be a counselor, but her late summer birthday seals her fate as a C.I.T.

Everything changes when Sarah is told a secret that will change Lizzie’s life forever.”

The project is an endeavor by Hup! Productions, a husband and wife team that creates “art and entertainment that rewards risk and exploration.” The couple, Cara Consilvio and Alex Charner first met at trapeze class and started Hup! a few months before their wedding in 2013.
