‘Camp Camp’ animated series coming to Rooster Teeth this summer

Comedy and gaming website RoosterTeeth.com has announced the release of a 2D animated summer camp series that’s been described as South Park meets Gravity Falls.

Camp Camp, as the series is known, will debut on the website this summer. It’s set at the fictional Camp Campbell and, according to the website, features counselors and campers who are “definitely not kid friendly.” A teaser trailer for the series includes a song so NSFW I didn’t feel comfortable embedding it here.

The website describes the camp as the “most demented, dysfunctional sports-theater-space-magic-adventure-science-dance-music summer camp you’ve ever heard of.”

Camp Camp isn’t the only forthcoming animated series for adults set at a summer camp. Camp WWE is slated to debut May 2 on the WWE Network.
