Colin Kaepernick and Russell Wilson meet at summer camp in Madden spot

A new spot for the EA Sports Madden 25 game features rival quarterbacks Colin Kaepernick and Russell Wilson as kids at the fictional Camp Winnipesaukee beginning their rivalry playing Madden in their cabin and vowing to one day play against each other as themselves in the video game.

The choice of fictional camp is of note considering that Jimmy Fallon and Justin Timberlake recently chose the name Camp Winnipesaukee for a flashback video of them singing “Toto” at their cabin in 1983. The timeline means that in the fictional summer camp universe, Justin Timberlake and Jimmy Fallon might have been Colin Kaepernick and Russell Wilson’s camp counselors.

Madden 25 releases tomorrow, Aug. 27.
