Cronut creator’s latest creation a frozen s’more


Celebrated New York chef Dominique Ansel, creator of the wildly popular croissant/donut mash-up known as the Cronut, has made waves again with the release of his newest concoction, the frozen s’more over the weekend at his New York City bakery.

Below The New Yorker talks to the chef about the dessert and shows how the unique treat is made.
