‘Firewatch’ video game has an abandoned boy scout camp

Adventure video game Firewatch includes an abandoned boy scout camp named Camp Arapahoe that is considered an important location in the game.

The game is set in 1989 and tells the story of a fire lookout in the aftermath of the Yellowstone fires of 1988. In the game, Arapahoe is no longer in use as a scout camp but it plays host to a crew doing controlled burns of nearby trees.

The video embedded below or on YouTube shows the camp. For more on the game, visit www.firewatchgame.com.
