Girls Rock campers re-imagine iconic album covers

Campers at Girls Rock summer camps re-imagined iconic album covers as part of year-end campaign for the foundation that runs 45 of the rock camps for girls nationwide.

The re-imagined album covers include records from Katy Perry, Blondie, Kendrick Lamar, U2, Janelle Monae, David Bowie, Haim and Perfume Genius.

Campers from Girls Rock Santa Barbara, Chicas Rockeras Southeast LA, Girls Rock Las Vegas, and Rock N Roll Camp for Girls Portland, LA, and Orange County participated in the shoot. The photos were shot by renowned photographers Carli Davidson, Holly Andres, Shelby Duncan, and Melanie Aron. Prints are being sold to benefit camps across the U.S.

You can see the covers and buy prints on the Girls Rock Camp Foundation website.
