Harvard students Mike Ross and Micah Leslie are staging a play they wrote and are acting in about a couple of summer camp counselors who lose their campers in the woods.
Titled Mike and Micah Lose a Bunch of Kids in the Woods, the original play is being performed at the Loeb Ex on Harvard’s campus through October 24.
The play has a Waiting for Godot feel to it, according to an article in The Harvard Crimson.
“We have these middle schoolers, and we have these two friends who have been friends for life and now they’re graduating college,” Ross told The Crimson. “They’re about to go out into the real world, and they’re having their little quarter-life crises about that. But they’re also comparing that to the last time they felt so upheaved and disgusting and weird, which was middle school.”
