Hulk Hogan edited out of ‘Camp WWE’ episodes

Hulk Hogan has been edited out of some of the episodes of the upcoming Camp WWE cartoon.

Hogan’s character on the adult-themed cartoon about WWE personalities attending a wrestling summer camp as kids was to be a camp legend from a different era who tries to connect with everyone by calling them brother. Hogan was removed from the show and fired by WWE after racist comments he made surfaced over the summer.

Characters on the show, scheduled to debut on the WWE Network later this year, include John Cena (who previously appeared in the summer camp movie Fred 3: Camp Fred), The Undertaker, Big Show and Mark Henry as kids, Ric Flair, R-Truth, Stephanie McMahon, Triple H and Vince McMahon.

The show, billed as WWE’s first adult comedy, is a partnership between WWE and Seth Green’s Stoopid Buddy Stoodios.
