Ray Romano makes ‘I’m sorry s’more’ on The Middle

Parks and Recreation wasn’t the only network TV show premiere last week that included a reference to s’mores. The hour-long season 3 premiere of ABC’s The Middle included a s’more-making lesson from special guest Ray Romano (Everybody Loves Raymond).

In an episode titled “Forced Family Fun,” Romano portrays Nicky, an annoying school friend of Mike Heck’s, in a flashback scene. Nicky crashes Mike and Frankie’s honeymoon camping trip in the scene and ends up making Frankie (played by Patricia Heaton who was his wife on Everybody Loves Raymond) an “I’m sorry s’more.”
