National S’mores Day is a special day to celebrate the delicious summer camp snack combining graham crackers, chocolate and a campfire toasted marshmallow into a ooey gooey sandwich of goodness.
It’s held every year on Aug. 10.

Hershey’s Chocolate World in Hershey, Pa., will mark the occasion with S’mores Week Aug. 9-18. Visitors will have a chance to try S’mores Cup, S’mores Cupcakes, Chocolate S’mores Sandwich Cookies, S’mores Cookie Bars, Chocolate Dipped S’mores, S’mores Parfaits, S’mores Ice Cream Sundaes and the original S’mores treat!
Hot Cakes in Seattle will launch their brand new S’mores Kit (homemade graham crackers, a bar of sophisticated smoked chocolate and corn syrup-free homemade marshmallows) for $25 (regularly $35) and offer a special S’more ice cream sandwich for $5. The Shores Resort & Spa in Daytona Beach Shores is marking the occasion with a weeklong celebration Aug. 11-17. There will be a nightly “Shores S’morgasbord” ($5) around the resort’s oceanfront fire pits from 5-7 p.m., cooking demonstrations and more. N9NE Steakhouse inside Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas will celebrate by offering diners and bar guests complimentary S’mores from 6 p.m. until close on Saturday, Aug. 10.
