Phospherescent’s Matthew Houck took up songwriting at camp

In a recent interview, Phospherescent’s Matthew Houck mentioned that his introduction to songwriting happened while he was away at summer camp.

Houck recalled writing music for the first time “strummin’ on an acoustic guitar at summer camp” in an interview with The Sydney Morning Herald.
