Plans for Utøya summer camp memorial unveiled

Plans for a memorial at the Norwegian island summer camp where a gunman killed 77 people in 2011 have been unveiled. Designed by Swedish artist Jonas Dahlberg, the memorial will be a gap of water and air carved into part of the shoreline of the island where the shooting occurred. The artist describes it as “a wound or a cut within nature itself.”

Gizmodo has more on the planned memorial to the worst mass shooting in modern history.
