The Sounds of Camp on Vinyl

The Sounds of Camp was a documentary recording by Folkways Records done at Camp Killooleet in Vermont during the summer of 1958. The recording, which you can buy on CD and cassette or download from Smithsonian Folkways is shown here in its vinyl version, which is available for purchase for $25 on eBay.

The tracks range from 24 seconds to more than 9 minutes and covers activities ranging from horseback riding, swimming, baseball and dance to jacks, singing and the last campfire.
